Specifications:

 

polyester spunbond is installed in the bitumen layer of the road, providing a stress alleviating and waterproofing function that prevents pavement cracking. It doubles the life of new asphalt overlays.

Main behavior is absorbing and elimination of stress. Especially prevent the crack which cause by temperature and sedimentation .

Our product is reinforcement effect . it resist the plastic deformation of road

After combine the bitumen , it will be stable waterproof which prevent the water falling down effectively .

Description:

 

The main reason of above disease is as follows:

1. expand with heat and contract with cold because the temperature 
2. ageing of bitumen and elasticity decline of surfacing 
3. substrate has crack and horizontal fall head 
4. material which used and construction method ,etc 

 

According to the cracking of bitumen concrete road ,when we add the surface on the before road or semi-rigid surface , we can use the high performance polyester spunbond between new surfacing and old surfacing , then we can prevent above disease .
